Registration and Course Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please see below for details regarding refunds based on time of cancellation. Course transfers permitted only for same course at a future date; discrepancies in course fees (higher or lower) will have no effect on transfer, meaning no under- or overpayments will be paid or refunded by either party.
Email your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration and course cancellation/refund requests must be in writing.
Before Advanced Registration Deadline (30 days prior to course)
Course Cancellation – Requests to cancel or change a course with no penalty must be received at least 30 days prior to course start date.
Full Registration and Course Cancellation – Requests to cancel a full registration for a full refund must be received at least 30 days prior to course start date.
Exceptions will not apply.
After Advanced Registration Deadline (less than 30 days before course start date)
No refunds will be accepted or granted including absences due to illness, late arrivals, weather, parking difficulties, or other reasons.
In addition, Cornerstone Dental Seminars reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events as necessary.
In such a case, tuition or deposit may be refunded in full or transferred to a future seminar or course. In no event shall Cornerstone Dental Seminars, its associates, or anyone else related to the program be liable for any cancellation or change penalties assessed by an airline or hotel as a result of course date changes or cancellations.
Our courses do not offer diplomas. Certificates, not diplomas, will be awarded.
All participants must be US licensed dentists or dental students.
Cornerstone Dental Seminars, its instructors, and all associates, bear no responsibility for the outcome of patient treatment based on skills and techniques that are learned during courses we host.
We bear no responsibility for any injury incurred by the participants during the sessions or in travel to or from the session.
